a. Products:

- Cancellation: For services such as drone repair, maintenance, pilot hire, or training, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date to be eligible for a refund.
- Non-Refundable Services: Services that have already been rendered or partially completed are non-refundable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Downloadable software, digital products, or online training materials once accessed.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item:

7. Cancellations

- Cancellations of service bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
