Omnisky Academy offers Private and On-Site Training Solutions tailored to corporate clients, government entities, and specialized operators

  • On-Site Corporate Training: Conducted at your operational base or field site.
  • Custom Module Integration: Add mission-specific components (surveying, inspection, agriculture, or mapping).

Medical & Regulatory
Requirements

Before attending any SACAA-approved RPC or UASMT program, students must meet the minimum regulatory and medical requirements to ensure safety and compliance.

For RPC Students (Pilots):

  • Medical Fitness: Class 4 Aviation Medical Certificate (issued by a SACAA-approved Aviation Medical Examiner).
  • Minimum Age: 18 years.
  • Identification: Valid South African ID or Passport.
  • English Proficiency: Required for air law and communication components.
  • Pre-training Requirement: Basic understanding of drones or completion of an introductory flight module (recommended).

For UASMT Students (Technicians):

  • Basic Technical Aptitude: Mechanical or electrical background preferred.
  • Minimum Age: 18 years.
  • Protective Clothing: Safety shoes and workshop wear for practical sessions.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Signed acknowledgment of lab safety briefing before practical work begins.

Note:
Omnisky can assist candidates with arranging their Aviation Medical Examination through registered examiners before the course start date.
