Intake Process Overview
At Omnisky, every drone that enters our repair center follows a strict intake and quality control process ensuring your equipment is handled with precision, accountability, and care from arrival to collection.
Whether you’re sending your drone in for diagnostics, repairs, or maintenance, our two-stage intake system (Pre-Repair and Post-Repair) guarantees that nothing is missed and every unit leaves flight-ready.
01.
Pre-Repair Assessment
Before any repair begins, our technicians complete a comprehensive intake inspection to record the condition of your drone and identify existing issues.
What We Check:
- Physical condition of airframe, gimbal, landing gear, and propellers
- Battery health and controller functionality
- Firmware status and error codes
- Connectivity, GPS lock, and sensor alignment
- Accessories received (chargers, cables, SD cards)
You’ll receive a Diagnostic Report summarizing the findings, along with a repair quote and turnaround time before any work begins.
02.
Post-Repair Verification
Once repairs and calibrations are completed, each drone goes through a rigorous quality assurance process to ensure it performs safely and reliably.
Our Post-Repair Checklist Includes:
- Firmware updates and calibrations (IMU, Compass, Gimbal, Vision Sensors)
- Battery health verification and power-cycle testing
- Flight stability test in hover and controlled flight
- Camera and gimbal performance validation
- Final visual inspection and cleaning
Only after a successful test flight and inspection is your drone cleared for release.
03.
Full Transparency & Reporting
With every service, OmniSky provides:
- A Diagnostic & Repair Report
- Before/After photos (on request)
- A 3-Month Workmanship Warranty
- Optional Flight Log and Data Recovery Report for compliance tracking
This ensures that your drone’s history, condition, and performance data remain fully traceable — ideal for operators under SACAA or corporate fleet compliance.
