The DJI Mavic 3 Thermal is a specialised Enterprise aerial platform designed for missions where conventional RGB imagery isn’t enough.

Its integrated payload combines thermal, wide and tele imaging, allowing operators to identify thermal anomalies while maintaining visual situational awareness from a single compact aircraft.

Radiometric thermal imaging

The Mavic 3T’s uncooled VOx thermal imager delivers:

• 30 Hz frame rate
• 12 μm pixel pitch
• 40 mm equivalent thermal lens
• Spot temperature measurement
• Area temperature measurement
• 28× thermal digital zoom
• R-JPEG radiometric imagery

Its measurement ranges extend from -20°C to 150°C in High Gain mode and 0°C to 500°C in Low Gain mode.

Tele Camera

The dedicated tele camera uses a 1/2-inch CMOS 12MP sensor with a 162 mm equivalent focal length and supports up to 56× hybrid zoom.

The aircraft also supports high-precision positioning when equipped with the appropriate RTK module, making the Mavic 3 Enterprise platform considerably more mission-oriented than DJI’s consumer Mavic range.
